Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Aliaksandr Naumionak, an individual based in Lithuania who operates Scope2Quote. By creating an account or using Scope2Quote, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you use Scope2Quote for a company, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that company. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding account credentials, and all activity performed through your workspace. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Scope2Quote is currently offered as a beta. Features may change, contain errors, or become temporarily unavailable. We may add limits, modify or discontinue beta functionality, or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or service operation.

You retain your rights in information and content you submit. You give Scope2Quote permission to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to carry out actions you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, notices, and permissions to upload project photos and process customer names, contact details, addresses, and other information. Do not upload unlawful content or information that is not reasonably needed for the estimating workflow.

AI output is a draft aid, not a verified estimate, site inspection, engineering conclusion, code determination, safety assessment, or legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice. AI may omit work, misunderstand photos, or produce incorrect suggestions.

You are solely responsible for reviewing the scope, quantities, labor, materials, prices, taxes, assumptions, exclusions, permits, safety, and legal requirements before using or sending any output. Scope2Quote does not send an AI draft to a customer automatically.

You are responsible for the commercial and legal accuracy of estimates, invoices, due dates, email recipients, and customer communications. Customer approval records indicate the response submitted through a particular secure link; they are not a substitute for any signature or contract formalities required in your jurisdiction.

Scope2Quote does not process customer payments. Payment collection, refunds, taxes, licensing, insurance, warranties, project delivery, and disputes between you and your customer remain your responsibility.

Customer links are bearer links: anyone with a valid, unexpired link may be able to view the associated document or submit the available response. Share them only with intended recipients and revoke or replace them when appropriate. An email marked sent means the email provider accepted the request; it does not guarantee delivery, reading, or customer action.

You may not:

• break the law or infringe another person's rights;
• access another workspace or bypass access controls;
• upload malware, abusive material, or content you are not authorized to use;
• probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the service;
• use automated access that interferes with normal operation;
• represent an AI draft as independently verified by Scope2Quote.

Scope2Quote and its software, design, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the beta for your internal business estimating workflow. No other rights are granted.

If you provide product feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation to improve and develop Scope2Quote. This does not transfer ownership of your project or customer content.

You may stop using the beta at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, unlawful use, prolonged inactivity, or discontinuation of the beta. Contact us before leaving if you need assistance requesting an export or deletion; self-service account deletion is not currently available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scope2Quote is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI output, pricing, PDFs, delivery records, or customer responses will satisfy your business, contractual, or legal requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scope2Quote will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Limits that are not permitted by applicable law do not apply to that extent.

These terms and disputes relating to Scope2Quote are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Lithuania will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere or grants protections that cannot be waived by contract.

Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern informally. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief where appropriate.

We may update these terms as the beta evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Scope2Quote is operated by Aliaksandr Naumionak, Lithuania.
